Healthy Food & Diet Tips: Dull.. Lethargic? Include these in your in Diet

Finger Millet (Ragulu):

Finger Millet are rich in calcium and fiber. Therefore dishes made with Finger Millet should be taken as breakfast. Eating Idly and Dosa made with Finger Millet improves digestion. The polyphenols in Finger Millet reduce glycemic responses in diabetic patients. You can consume Finger Millet in different forms like Finger Millet Laddu (includes Jaggery), Finger Millet Kichidi, Ragi Sankati(Andhra Food), Finger Millet Roti and Finger Millet Soup(Ragi Jawa).

Calcium and phosphorus present in Finger Millet improves bone health. Iron rich in Finger Millet improves metabolism and provides nutrients to red blood cells. Hence copper java and copper bread are very good.

Jaggery:

Jaggery is rich in iron, magnesium, potassium, vitamin B and C. Ghee is rich in fatty acids, vitamin A, E, D, K and calcium. Taking these two together after meals not only improves digestion but also makes bones strong.

Almonds and Raisins (Dry Fruits):
