Mallavalli Mega Food Park and Industrial Corridor is getting Ready in Andhra Pradesh. APIIC (Andhra Pradesh Industrial Infrastructure Corporation Ltd) Department Officers are Preparing the formalities for the Industrialists who are interested to Invest and Planning to Start Industries in the SEZ which has Two Different Wings. The APIIC Department is going to release a Notification soon to attract the Industrialists.
APIIC already finished the work related to Proper Infrastructure Management in Mega Food Park. They Worked on to Provide facilities like Well Designed Roads with Drainage Facility, Drinking Water Pipeline Construction has been done in the Corridor. They Constructed a Venture Layout and after getting Approval for Final Proceedings the Space will divided into Plots. APIIC Department started a Venture layout in a 100 Acres for Mega Food Park and Industrial Corridor. 57.45 Acres are allotted to Mega Food Park and 42.55 Acres for Industrial Corridor. 29.63 Acres are allotted Related to Mega Food Park Plots Area. In the Infrastructure for Corridor SEZ related to Roads Area 9.19 Acres are Allotted, for Other Infrastructure 6.4 Acres are allotted, For Open Space 5.91 Acres are allotted, Common Processing Center(CPP) Units Area 6.32 Acres are allotted. The Units related to Mega Food Park which is for Packaging and Cooling Units etc.
Coming Industrial Corridor is divided in to Plots Occupation Area is 30.99 Acres. 6.35 Acres Road Area, 5.21 Acres Open Space Area. APIIC Department developed the Proper Infrastructure, So now it’s Plots allotment is remaining. The APIIC is Preparing for release a Notification for Start Units in Industrial Corridor and Mega Food Park Separately. The Plots allotted in Veerapaneni Gudem for Model Industrial Corridor are allotted on Out Rate Sale(ORS) Process it’s Assigned. So Let’s have to see how the Mallavalli Mega Food Park and Industrial Corridor Plots to be Allotted.
Model Industrial Corridor in Veerapaneni Gudem the plots assigned to the Industrialists Amaravathi Industries Association Preparing Sector for Develop the Corridor. Already A few of Industrialists willing to develop their plots allotted. They are going start work with in couple of days. Remaining Industrialists are also start develop their plots soon this month. So the APIIC Department Start work on Provision of Infrastructure Simultaneously.
There is a Master Plan ready for Mallavalli Industrial Corridor. This Corridor is comes adjacent to the Mega Food Park. APIIC is waiting for the Approval of CRDA for ths layout. APIIC to start the Work on Provision of Infrastructure in this layout that how the Industrial Corridor looks like to be and Provision of Infrastructure for the Large Scale Industries what kind of Precautionary Measurements has to be taken all are incorporated in the Master Plan. So the APIIC is waiting for the CRDA Approval. This AP SEZ Veerapaneni Gudem Industrial Corridor and Mallavalli Mega Food Park and Industrial Corridors Area are surrounded by Vijayawada City, Nuzvid, Hanuman Junction, Gannavaram and Aagiripalli Towns in Krishna District.
