According Media Sources Sarath Chandra who is a writer filed a petition against the Srimanthudu Movie unit. In the Year a monthly News Magazine published his novel Story ‘Chacchentha Prema’ was the source of the Movie.
The Movie Srimanthudu is based on the novel Story it pictured. Now The Writer Submitted a copy of the Novel Story to the Nampally Court and filed Complaint. After receiving the complaint and Observing the proofs Nampally Court Sent Notices and Order passes to the ‘Srimanthudu’ Team.
