Summer Special Basmathi Raw Mango Rice Making:
Basmathi Rice – 2 Cups(Fully Cooked)
Oil – 1 1/2 Table Spoon
Mustard Seeds – 1/2 Table Spoon
Curry Leaves – 6 Leaves
Red Chilli – 1 (Remove Seeds)
Ginger Paste – 1/2 Tea Spoon
Green Chillies – 2 (Slices)
Turmeric – 1/4 Table Spoon
Hing – A Pinch
Cashew Nuts or Ground Nuts – a few
Raw Mango – 1 Big (Grated)
Salt – to taste
Preparation of Basmathi Raw Mango Rice:
Take a Raw Mango Clean Properly with water and Peel the Skin of the Mango. Grate the Mango with Grater which has Medium Size holes.
Take a Pan pour Oil and keep it on Stove with a Medium Flame. After Oil Heats take Mustard Seeds and add in the Oil. Add Red Chilli and Curry leaves and fry them for 15 Seconds.
After that Add Ginger Paste and Green Chilli and Shallow fry them for 30 Seconds. Add Cashew Nuts in that and keep it for some time.
Now Add A Pinch of Turmeric and Hing in it and immediately add Grated Raw Mango and Slat. Mix the food well and keep it on Stove for another 2 Minutes.
Now add the Basmathi Rice in to the Pan and Mix well it that the food Mixture will be mixed with rice properly and keep it on Stove for 2 -3 minutes that Rice will be Heated.
After heating Rice Turn off the Stove and Remove the Pan from it. Now the Hot..hot Summer Special Basmathi Raw Mango Rice is Ready to Serve.
