Victory Venkatesh GURU Movie Review:
Victory Venkatesh who is Well Known for Family Entertainment Movies. Most of the movies in his career are Family Drama which pulled family Audience to Theatres with his Movies. But in the recent years Venkatesh failed to attract the Audience. Venkatesh who is King of Remakes in Tollywood. He changes sign of remake with his own Style of Acting. Venkatesh Initiated the Multi Starrer in Tollywood in recent times. His Last hit movie is ‘Gopala Gopala’ which is a multi Starrer with Power Star Pawan Kalyan. Now Venkatesh choose different subject Boxing Sport based Story which is a Remake of Tamil Super Hit Movie ‘Irudhi Suttru’ in Tamil and ‘Saala Khadoos’ in Hindi where R.Madhavan played Venkatesh role as Boxing Coach and Ritika Singh played as Student. Venkatesh ‘GURU Movie’ where Rithika Singh as his Boxing Student come up together with mind blowing Performance on Screen. GURU Movie is a Complete Sports Drama Movie.
Aditya (Venkatesh) is a talented Boxer but failed in his career due to Politics in the Boxing Federation of India. hen he is doing as a Boxing Coach and lost Control on his Temper which made him to Transfer Vizag by the Senior Coach Dev. Vizag is a place that where there is very less scope to train Women Boxers and even it is harder to find the Women Boxers to Train. Aditya lost hopes to find a Girl who is keen to learn Boxing. But Finally he finds a Girl Named Ramudu(Ritika Singh) who is a Slum Girl and Huge Fan of Power Star Pawan Kalyan. Whether Ramudu learned Boxing and succeed in her life or not. Aditya dreams comes true as a Coach or not are the rest of the Story.
Venkatesh Performance as a Boxing Coach and Ritika Singh as his Student were Mind Blowing. Venkatesh who is a Tough Coach with huge temper and desire to make the Students as Champions. His Character is a Role model of True Coach who creates wonder at Boxing Ring with his training if any one has fire and desire. Ritika Singh played as Boxing Student a Slum Girl with no fear and aggressive, but Stubborn. She memorised with her Performance on Screen is Extra Ordinary. She played as Boxing Student for Original version too. Nassar, Thanikella Bharani and Zakir Hussain Characters also Good.
The writing of Sudha Kongara and Sunanda made the Movie Crispy Narration where A Sports Melo Drama Needs Good Content, Both are Succeeded in this Point. Sudha Kongara who is director the movie shows that she leaned many things interms of movie making from his GURU Mani Ratnam. She didn’t make over any changes to Original Script, but She succeed in Capturing best emotions and Performance form the characters. This makes the Telugu version a bit forward to the Original. Cinematography by Shaktivel is very Impressive. He gives a common undertone to the proceedings that enhances the emotion scenes. Editing by Satish Surya needs to be credited for understanding the emotional flow of the story and enriching the experience. Music and BGM by Santhosh Narayan completely incorporated with this Sports Melo Drama. He never tries to empower the emotion scenes with heavy base instrumentation. Dialogues by Harsha Vardhan seem to be translated from English version of the script.
Predictable Story which resembles Chak De India.
Lagging between some scenes
Venkatesh GURU Movie which is a Sport Melo Drama with Venkatesh High Intensity Performance and Ritika Singh Tremendous Acting makes the Audience Sit in Theatre. It’s a Complete Family Entertainer and Worth to Watch. If you are a Sports Lover you can watch repeated Times, Kudos to GURU Movie.
