Fast Steps towards the Start of World’s Largest Pharma City in Hyderabad
It is known that the state government has taken up a prestigious pharmacy in thousands of acres in Mucharla of Rangareddy district. This World’s largest pharma city in Hyderabad is preparing to open soon. If all goes well, the pharmacy will start by the end of next month. To this extent, related works are being done at a fast pace. Especially in relation to pharmaceutical and research institutes, world-class development is being done here.
9,851 acres of patta and assigned land has been collected for pharmacy in Medipalli Nakkartha, Nanak Nagar, Tatiparthi and Kurmidda villages of Yacharam mandal. Out of this, 6,150 acres of land, 3,701 acres of assigned land and 7,640 acres of land were collected and handed over to TSIIC.
Cases in Court:
At the time when the land was being collected for the development of pharma city in Hyderabad in those four villages, the farmers who had the certificate concluded that there was no point in giving their land to the pharma as the compensation payment was low. The authorities have tried hard to please them but the result is null. Farmers have approached the court saying that it will decrease.
RDO Ibrahimpatnam Venkata Chari said in a press conference at Yacharam Tehsildar’s office recently that an award has been passed for 1,966 acres of patta land and the compensation has been deposited in the authority. Another 245 acres of patta land was pending in court and the award was not passed. There is a dispute over a total of 2,211 acres of Patta land.
Chalo RDO Office: Framers Say no to Pharma City in Hyderabad
Farmers called “Chalo RDO Office” on 27th and 28th of this month, demanding that the land should not be taken by force from the pharmacy and the names of the farmers should be entered in the Dharani records. Farmacy affected farmers’ march demands immediate cancellation of pharmacy.
Names of farmers should be entered in the online Pahani. Rythubandhu scheme should be implemented for the affected farmers. Crop loans should be implemented immediately. Farmers’ lands should be unconditionally removed from the prohibited list. It has been decided to organize a padayatra from Nakarthamedipalli to Ibrahimpatnam RDO office in Turkayanjal.
Leaders of political parties, sarpanches and MPTCs were invited. On the one hand, the officials say that the land acquisition has been completed in four mandals, but on the other hand, the farmers’ march demanding no to the pharma city in Hyderabad is likely to lead to tension.
