Kantara Faces Legal Issues from Court and Ordered to Stop Playing
Kantara Movie is just not a Talk of the Town, It’s now creating a huge buzz every day on Internet after it’s release. The Craze of Kantara not limited to Sandalwood…Now it’s National Range Movie with great cinematic standards..Getting huge applauds all over India and creating waves at Indian Box Office and became a Blockbuster Hit. Kantara is the only movie to surely eligible for Oscar nomination for the next year. The Kantara Movie made with a budget of 16 crores and collected more than 200 crores in it’s first week itself. Running with packed houses in theaters across India. Kantara First released in Kannada on 30th September and later dubbed into Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam and Hindi Languages.
Kantara means Nature and Forest in Vast. Every celebrity from all Indian Film Industries over whelmed by the movie and giving huge applauds. After watching Kantara movie Bollywood celebrity Kangana ranaut praised a lot about the movie on Twitter. South Super Star Rajinikanth personally invited Rishabh Shetty and Blessed him and memorized with the Performance, narration of Story, Screenplay and direction.
The Kantara movie faced a backlash in the court. The Kerala Sessions Court ruled that Varaha’s version of the song in the film was copied from Navarasa’s album. It was immediately clarified that the song should be stopped in theaters.
Not to mention how big a hit Kannada movie Kantara is. The film released on September 30 is creating a sensation not only in Karnataka but all over the country. In Telugu, however, it is stirring up dust. Rishabh Shetty’s self-directed film has left audiences in awe of his performance. Moreover, it is raining collections at the box office.
Recently, this film has received backlash. The Kozhikode District Sessions Court in Kerala has ordered that the film’s unique Varaaha form song should not be screened any more.
Kerala-based music band Thaikudam Bridge recently approached the court, claiming that they created Varaaha as a copy of their Navarasam album. The verdict was given after the investigation. As a result, apart from theaters without their permission. The court said that YouTube should not display it on other music apps.
Thaikudam Bridge Band made a post on Instagram informing about this. Thanks to all those who stood by them in this matter. The Varaaha Roopam comes at the climax during the song Kantara. The song takes the audience into a spiritual world especially when Panjurli is possessed by the deity. The climax scenes are on another level with the influence of this song along with Bhuthakola.
Kantara Movie is Story, Screen Play and Directed by Rishabh Shetty, he acted as the hero in this movie. This film is produced by Hombale Films, the company that produced such amazing films as KGF. Vijay Kirangadur acted as the producer. Along with Rishabh Shetty, Kishore, Achyut Kumar, Pramod Shetty, Saptami Gowda played key roles. Ajanish Loknath has directed the music. The movie was released in Telugu on October 25.
